This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive the technical strategy for intricate, enterprise-level opportunities by outlining solution architecture, integration methods, and value propositions that align with client business transformation objectives.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to shape deal strategies, qualification processes, and competitive positioning for high-profile pursuits.
• Create and deliver executive-level presentations, workshops, and customized demonstrations that link technical capabilities to strategic outcomes and quantifiable ROI.
• Assess complex integration and security requirements by working alongside client IT, risk, and compliance stakeholders to formulate viable technical solutions.
• Utilize independent judgment to adapt solution frameworks, demo environments, and proof-of-concept strategies for atypical client scenarios.
• Act as a subject matter expert in a specific product domain, banking workflows, or technical capabilities, providing insights to peers on intricate use cases.
• Identify deficiencies in sales engineering processes, tools, or documentation and propose improvements to enhance scalability and effectiveness.
• Influence product direction by consolidating field feedback and conveying market needs to Product and Product Marketing teams.
• Develop reusable assets, demo enhancements, and value frameworks that elevate team storytelling and technical positioning.
• Manage competitive technical evaluations by proactively addressing objections, differentiation points, and risk concerns.
• Establish credibility with executive and senior technical stakeholders by articulating industry trends, regulatory considerations, and digital transformation strategies.
• Facilitate the resolution of escalated technical inquiries or deal impediments by coordinating internal experts and driving clear action plans.
• Mentor fellow Sales Engineers through shadowing, coaching, and structured feedback to enhance overall team capabilities.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise pre-sales or sales engineering within SaaS or financial technology sectors.
• Advanced proficiency in enterprise SaaS solution design and consultative pre-sales methodologies.
• Extensive knowledge of banking operations, digital banking, account opening, lending, or core system integrations.
• Capability to lead executive-level workshops and influence C-suite and senior technical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of API integrations, middleware, SSO, and security review processes.
• Proven track record in supporting complex RFPs and technical due diligence responses.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align technical solutions with long-term business value.
• Ability to work independently and determine approaches for new or ambiguous assignments.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% based on business requirements.
