This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.

šŸ“‹ Description

• Arrange meetings through outbound prospecting using both automated and manual campaigns to meet daily and monthly pipeline objectives.

• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure strong alignment on territory planning, account prioritization, and feedback loops to enhance pipeline quality.

• Assist in developing and refining our outbound strategy by identifying and contacting decision-makers.

• Create, manage, and optimize multi-channel outbound campaigns at scale, utilizing various tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Clay, and more.

• Take full ownership of the outbound process from comprehensive account research to ensuring a qualified meeting is successfully scheduled for the Account Executive team.

• Work with leadership to enhance messaging, call scripts, and multi-channel outreach strategies to boost conversion rates and outbound efficiency.

• Effectively convey compelling value propositions to technical buyers and keep up-to-date with the latest product and service information.

• Remain informed about the latest offerings, products, and services.

• Some travel may be necessary.


ā›³ļø Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR in the SaaS industry, ideally with a focus on selling to technical buyers such as engineers, developers, DevOps, and data teams.

• Demonstrated experience in selling SaaS B2B/cloud products or services.

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals in an outbound lead generation setting.

• Experience handling multiple priorities and managing various tools or campaigns in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Goal-driven and self-motivated with the resilience to overcome challenges and accelerate sales efforts.

• Capable of exercising a significant degree of autonomy and sales authority while remaining well-organized.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
