This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and qualify incoming leads generated from digital campaigns, marketing automation, website inquiries, Qualified, and various other marketing channels.
• Quickly evaluate lead suitability through structured discovery to comprehend workforce requirements, timelines, business challenges, and decision-making processes.
• Precisely classify leads and uphold clean, up-to-date data in Salesforce.
• Deliver insights to marketing and sales leadership regarding lead quality, conversion patterns, and regional demand signals.
• Conduct research and target key accounts within designated territories and industries to pinpoint organizations with potential workforce or service requirements.
• Implement multi-channel prospecting outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and sales engagement platforms.
• Initiate discussions with hiring managers, operations leaders, and other decision-makers to reveal opportunities.
• Develop a pipeline by arranging qualified discovery meetings and warm introductions for field sales associates.
• Collaborate closely with field sales to align on regional priorities, target accounts, and pipeline necessities.
• Maintain precise activity tracking, discovery notes, and opportunity advancement in Salesforce.
• Utilize platforms such as Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other research tools to enhance prospecting efficiency.
• Communicate via Salesforce Chatter, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook to coordinate schedules, exchange insights, and assist in territory-level planning.
• Conduct qualified meetings and discovery discussions that lead to revenue generation.
• Ensure accurate, insight-rich documentation in the CRM.
• Provide weekly activity and pipeline updates.
• Deliver research-driven account intelligence to bolster territory strategies.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales development, inside sales, demand generation, or business development.
• Proven success in creating qualified opportunities and directly engaging with business decision-makers.
• Strong communication abilities across phone, email, and social platforms.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and discipline in CRM usage.
• Preferred experience in B2B sales, staffing, workforce solutions, logistics, or industrial services.
