This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Create new business opportunities within the EMEA Microsoft partner ecosystem.
• Identify and engage potential partners along with commercial opportunities.
• Develop and oversee a robust pipeline of Professional Services opportunities.
• Recognize upsell, cross-sell, and expansion possibilities within current partner relationships.
• Formulate account and partner growth strategies that align with business objectives.
• Convert partner challenges into pertinent Professional Services solutions.
• Directly contribute to revenue goals across the EMEA region.
• Collaborate with marketing, delivery, and technical teams to cultivate opportunities.
• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with Microsoft Dynamics partners throughout Europe.
• Comprehend partners' business models, strategic goals, and delivery challenges.
• Position Companial as a long-term Professional Services partner.
• Build relationships with key commercial and operational stakeholders.
• Conduct regular partner meetings and strategic business evaluations.
• Lead commercial discussions including pricing, proposals, and negotiations.
• Create and manage proposals, Statements of Work, and commercial agreements.
• Drive opportunities from initial discussions through negotiation and closing.
• Collaborate with delivery teams on scope, estimates, resource allocation, and timelines.
• Maintain accurate and current CRM records.
• Manage pipeline, opportunities, and forecasting activities.
• Provide insight on expected revenue, opportunities, and commercial risks.
• Work closely with Professional Services delivery teams throughout the sales cycle.
• Ensure that commercial commitments are in line with delivery capabilities.
• 4-5+ years of experience selling Microsoft Dynamics or similar solutions.
• Proven sales experience with a revenue quota and success in meeting commercial targets.
• Strong consultative selling abilities with a knack for uncovering business needs and turning them into commercial opportunities.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Residing in Europe and authorized to work in your country of residence.
• Experience within the Microsoft partner ecosystem (preferred).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365, especially Business Central and/or Finance & Supply Chain Management (preferred).
• Existing connections within the Microsoft Dynamics partner ecosystem (preferred).
• Understanding of Microsoft partner programs and the broader Microsoft Business Applications ecosystem (preferred).
• Remote work arrangement.
• Travel opportunities across Europe based on partner and business requirements.
