This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Qatar.
• Create and implement territory and account strategies for Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman to meet sales goals and achieve business objectives.
• Cultivate and enhance current customer relationships while discovering new business prospects within the enterprise, government, financial services, energy, telecom, and critical infrastructure sectors.
• Establish connections with CISOs, CIOs, security executives, procurement teams, and key stakeholders.
• Manage the entire sales process from lead generation and qualification to solution positioning, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closure of deals.
• Collaborate with channel partners, distributors, system integrators, and MSSPs to broaden market reach and expedite sales opportunities.
• Work alongside pre-sales, professional services, customer success, renewals, legal, finance, and leadership teams to ensure effective deal execution and customer service delivery.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM records.
• Identify customer security issues and promote NetWitness solutions across threat detection, response, SIEM, NDR, endpoint security, and incident response scenarios.
• Assist in retention, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives.
• Represent NetWitness at customer engagements, partner occasions, conferences, workshops, and executive briefings within the designated territory.
• Track market trends, competitive activities, and customer needs across Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman.
• Serve as an escalation point for commercial and account-related issues while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Achieve annual sales quotas and revenue objectives, expand NetWitness’s regional presence, develop the channel, and mitigate account risks.
• A minimum of 5–8 years of experience in enterprise sales or account management, ideally within cybersecurity, software, SaaS, or technology solutions.
• Significant experience selling in GCC markets, with a preference for knowledge of Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman.
• A proven history of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Experience in managing large enterprise and government accounts.
• A solid understanding of cybersecurity solutions, SOC operations, threat detection, SIEM, NDR, endpoint security, incident response, and managed security services.
• Experience engaging with channel partners, distributors, and system integrators.
• Capability to manage intricate sales cycles and liaise with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong skills in negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship development.
• An existing network of customers and partners in Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman is preferred.
• Experience selling cybersecurity solutions to government, energy, telecom, banking, and critical infrastructure sectors is preferred.
• Familiarity with regional procurement processes, compliance standards, and public-sector sales cycles is preferred.
• Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage, though not required.
