📋 Description

• Managing and propelling the growth, strategy, and performance of PCS insurance distribution partners

• Enhancing partnerships with brokers and agencies

• Providing customized insurance solutions

• Working alongside underwriting and clients to customize offerings and unique solutions

• Keeping track of the overall production of the account pipeline and customer acquisition

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in personal insurance

• More than 2 years concentrating on HNW client distribution

• Demonstrated history of meeting sales and growth objectives

• Strong comprehension of HNW client requirements and luxury asset protection

• Outstanding skills in relationship-building and negotiation

• Proficient in strategic development, business expansion, and project implementation

• Excellent communication abilities

• Strong business acumen
