Strategic Projects Lead

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete data operations process, guaranteeing that data is gathered, processed, and delivered efficiently and accurately.

• Work closely with product and engineering teams to enhance data pipelines and optimize data flow across various systems.

• Set and track essential data quality metrics, ensuring the consistency and reliability of data utilized for training AI models.

• Detect operational inefficiencies in data workflows and implement strategies to enhance speed and quality.

• Deliver actionable insights derived from data analysis, aiding teams in decision-making and product development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Robust technical skills with experience in managing data pipelines and ensuring data quality (experience with SQL, Python, or similar tools is preferred).

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset for enhancing processes and systems.

• Strong collaboration skills, with the capacity to work across functions and convey complex data issues to non-technical stakeholders.

• A keen interest in AI/ML systems is advantageous, though not mandatory.
