Strategic Projects Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive analytics to guide strategic decisions and business development efforts, including market trend analysis and forecasting potential growth opportunities.

• Discover and implement ways to optimize workflows and enhance the effectiveness of targeting initiatives (such as utilizing Salesforce to increase efficiency and improve tracking).

• Create clear and concise materials for both internal and external meetings, which include pitch decks, talking points, executive strategy sessions, and interdepartmental communications.

• Monitor, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to ongoing business development activities.

• Proactively and collaboratively identify new growth opportunities while creatively addressing challenges as they emerge.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline.

• 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales analytics, financial analysis, strategy, or a similar role.

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with meticulous attention to detail.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities; demonstrated skill in presenting complex information clearly and succinctly, including experience with creating presentation materials.

• Advanced expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).

• Familiarity with Salesforce and business intelligence tools is highly advantageous.

• Must be adept at managing substantial independent work while effectively collaborating and communicating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, from fellow analysts to Vice Presidents.
