This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.
• Act as a strategic business partner to the General Manager EP CEE, ensuring a clear understanding of priorities, readiness at the executive level, and disciplined execution of essential business initiatives.
• Oversee the regional business operating rhythm, which includes: Performance Excellence Reviews, Leadership Team meetings, strategic reviews and planning sessions, and Executive visits.
• Guarantee comprehensive preparation for all leadership forums by crafting high-quality agendas, pre-read materials, business insights, and executive-level presentations.
• Foster a culture of execution excellence through meticulous, proactive, and timely follow-ups on decisions, commitments, and action plans, ensuring clear ownership, accountability, and closure throughout the organization.
• Keep a rigorous tracking system for strategic priorities, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables, providing leadership with complete visibility into business progress and execution challenges.
• Create and uphold governance frameworks that promote accountability, visibility, and timely execution of regional priorities.
• Facilitate cross-functional initiatives across Commercial, Clinical, Marketing, Finance, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Quality, and other business functions.
• At least 5 years of experience in an Electrophysiology Environment.
• Strong and proven understanding of EP procedures and clinical workflows, as well as EP technologies (mapping, ablation, diagnostic catheters).
• Familiarity with customer engagement models in Medtech / EP.
• Experience in commercial, clinical, marketing, professional education, or strategic business leadership roles within Electrophysiology.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, project management, and presentation skills.
• Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's degree.
• Preferred experience with J&J EP.
• Experience collaborating with EP centers and key opinion leaders throughout the CEE region.
