Strategic Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will spearhead cross-functional initiatives, ensuring structured planning, well-defined milestones, and proficient risk and decision management.

• You will assume responsibility for strategic and operational projects on behalf of the Chief of Staff, driving them to successful outcomes.

• You will conduct research, analyze, and prepare intricate topics into well-substantiated decision papers for the Chief of Staff and the CEO.

• You will facilitate collaboration at the C-level, proactively identifying risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies early in the process.

• You will create briefings, presentations, and management materials for the CEO, Chief of Staff, and the Executive Management Team.

• You will coordinate with stakeholders across various parts of the organization, ensuring transparency and accountability in collaboration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in strategy, project management, management consulting, or a similar analytical or operational role.

• Proven experience in independently managing cross-functional projects, encompassing planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

• Strong analytical skills with a background in structured research and addressing complex issues.

• The capability to articulate complex matters clearly, align differing interests, and communicate effectively.

• A proactive, self-motivated working style with a preference for a dynamic environment.

• Excellent proficiency in both German and English complements your profile.
