This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
β’ Accountable for spearheading high-impact strategic initiatives throughout the organization in collaboration with executive leadership.
β’ Function collaboratively across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Operations, Finance, and Enablement.
β’ Act as a key point of coordination for intricate programs and operational priorities.
β’ Oversee multiple simultaneous projects with competing priorities, timelines, and stakeholders.
β’ Create and sustain comprehensive project plans, milestones, timelines, risks, and executive status updates.
β’ Recognize operational inefficiencies and lead process improvement initiatives throughout the organization.
β’ Assist in operationalizing critical GTM initiatives including segmentation, territory design, enablement programs, and strategic partnerships.
β’ Produce executive-ready presentations, summaries, dashboards, and business updates.
β’ 3β7 years of experience in strategic operations, program management, revenue operations, consulting, chief of staff, or related business operations roles.
β’ Proven experience supporting executive leadership and facilitating cross-functional initiatives.
β’ Preferred background in B2B SaaS, technology, or fast-paced growth environments.
β’ Strongly preferred experience within Revenue, GTM, Operations, or Customer-facing organizations.
β’ Bachelorβs degree is mandatory; advanced degree is preferred.
