This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Accountable for leading high-impact strategic initiatives in collaboration with executive leadership.
• Collaborate across various functions, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Operations, Finance, and Enablement.
• Act as the primary point of coordination for intricate programs and operational priorities.
• Oversee multiple simultaneous projects with conflicting priorities, timelines, and stakeholders.
• Create and uphold comprehensive project plans, milestones, timelines, risks, and executive status reports.
• Detect operational inefficiencies and spearhead process improvement initiatives throughout the organization.
• Assist in operationalizing key go-to-market initiatives such as segmentation, territory design, enablement programs, and strategic partnerships.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, summaries, dashboards, and business updates.
• 3–7 years of experience in strategic operations, program management, revenue operations, consulting, chief of staff, or related business operations roles.
• Proven experience supporting executive leadership and driving cross-functional initiatives.
• Preferred background in B2B SaaS, technology, or high-growth environments.
• Strong preference for experience within Revenue, GTM, Operations, or Customer-facing organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; advanced degree is preferred.
