This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• The Strategic Program Manager is tasked with overseeing extensive transformational initiatives for clients, necessitating effective collaboration across various technical and global teams within WWT and possibly with the client.

• Establishes and executes governance and controls throughout the program, including but not limited to: status updates, risk and issue management and reporting, stakeholder communication and reporting, as well as other necessary routines and artifacts to manage the program effectively.

• Possesses strong problem-solving abilities, with the determination to see resolutions through to completion.

• Holds in-depth knowledge of service delivery models geared towards continuous improvement and adapting to the evolving service industry landscape.

• Tracks and oversees program-level milestones, risks, issues, and decision-making processes.

• Facilitates decision-making processes when and where appropriate.

• Collaborates with leadership and technical leads to ensure proper staffing and resource allocation for the program.

• Proactively escalates and addresses program-level issues and risk mitigation strategies.

• Accountable for managing all budgeting, forecasting, and program financials to align with financial expectations outlined in the program.

• Oversees program-level procurement reporting and visibility.

• Ensures that roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and aligned with staffing plans.

• Responsible for the comprehensive delivery and quality of the program.

• Promotes stakeholder engagement to maintain an appropriate level of communication and decision-making for the program.

• Develops executive reports and presents them to the relevant executive stakeholders as specified by the program.

• Ensures that the program aligns with the statement of work, collaborating with the appropriate leadership and team members to establish the statement of work and any necessary changes.

• Monitors and evaluates customer satisfaction, quality, and profitability.

• Project managers assigned to the program will report directly to the program manager.

• Mentors and coaches PMs and other team members as needed to achieve optimal productivity and the highest quality of deliverables.

• Develops and manages long-term goals for the program or portfolio of projects.

• Responsible for the successful onboarding and offboarding of program resources.

• Serves as a liaison between program staff and upper management/executives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in a related field is required.

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in a relevant field is required.

• At least 5 years of active Program Management experience is necessary.

• A minimum of 10 years of Project Management experience is required.

• Experience working with financial customers is essential.

• One to three years of prior sales/business development experience is preferred.

• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM software is required.

• Experience in managing, tracking, and forecasting financials and budgets for large-scale programs is necessary.

• Understands the expectations and reporting requirements needed to provide visibility and clarity on the program's financial health.

• Excellent comprehension of the contract process is essential.

• Capable of managing contract modifications, controlling impacts to a program, and leading negotiations on contract scope, cost, and schedule.

• A solid understanding of Supply Chain processes is preferred.

• Ability to work independently and diligently track program timelines.

• Strong teamwork abilities.

• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) is preferred.

• Experience working in multi-site (global) environments is a plus.
