This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Client Relationship Management for Design Partners: Spearhead the client-facing initiatives during product launches for design partners.
• Project Management for Partner Integrations: Supervise the technical and operational dimensions of partner integrations, ensuring efficient and timely project delivery.
• SOW Approval: Accountable for the approval of customized SOWs developed for integration clients.
• Liaison Between Product and Customer Success Teams: Act as the connector between the Customer Success and Product teams.
• Process Optimization and Enablement: Design and enhance processes for onboarding, customer feedback mechanisms, and internal playbooks.
• Manage the overall project charter, collaborating with diverse stakeholders from Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Success, Risk, and Support.
• Keep thorough and organized internal and external documentation.
• Deliver regular project status updates to key stakeholders and executive management.
• Engage in pertinent client-facing meetings with key stakeholders, guiding and influencing discussions as needed.
• Negotiate customer requests while balancing their needs with system capabilities, business impact, resources, and timelines.
• Collaborate with technical stakeholders to devise, document, test, and deploy various integration workflows and configurations.
• Responsible for achieving revenue targets on new logo bookings through user and product adoption.
• 5-10 years of experience in enterprise project management, leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in designing, testing, and implementing integrated solutions, with a solid technical understanding of APIs, webhooks, and deployment best practices.
• Proficient in implementation best practices, demonstrating the ability to create and deliver repeatable processes that enhance KPIs such as time to launch, on-time delivery, revenue achievement, etc.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Highly meticulous in maintaining internal and external documentation, with an emphasis on keeping accurate and comprehensive records.
• Detail-oriented with the capacity to think strategically and foresee potential challenges and risks.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing new processes, best practices, and supporting resources to enhance repeatability and operational efficiency.
• Ability to address complex technical and operational challenges, with a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
