Strategic Planning & Communications Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assist a large and intricate organization with DEIBA strategic planning and communication efforts.

• Formulate clear strategies, communication plans, and execution roadmaps.

• Conduct listening sessions, focus groups, and engage with stakeholders effectively.

• Produce and present executive-ready reports and materials to support DEIBA initiatives.

• Evaluate DEIBA progress and help ensure lasting impact over the long term.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in developing and executing DEIBA-related strategic plans.

• Proven experience in supporting large organizations, preferably those with over 1,000 employees.

• Preferred background in public sector, transportation, government, or other similarly complex environments.

• Expertise in creating DEIBA implementation roadmaps, action plans, communication strategies, and stakeholder engagement plans.

• Proficient in facilitating listening sessions, focus groups, interviews, or leadership alignment discussions.

• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft executive-ready reports, presentations, talking points, FAQs, and rollout materials.

• Experience in assisting organizations to measure DEIBA progress and maintain long-term impact.
