FP&A Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Assists in the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting of SG&A Expenses.

• Ensures transparency regarding FTE and Vendor expenditures, as well as savings initiatives.

• Develops variance analysis reports and financial models.

• Delivers comprehensive monthly financial reports to management.

• Raises financial concerns to management when necessary.

• Aids in daily SG&A tasks and responds to ad-hoc requests.

• Works collaboratively with senior members of the accounting and finance teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

• At least 1 year of experience with Hyperion, Oracle, or another ERP platform.

• More than 1 year of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• An MBA or a related advanced degree/certification is required.
