This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Act as a reliable financial advisor to Vice Presidents and C-level executives within R&D and G&A.
• Collaborate with business teams to assess and analyze strategic initiatives and projects.
• Create and execute analytical frameworks to evaluate efficiency and return on investment for both headcount and non-headcount expenditures.
• Lead reporting efforts, ensure process discipline, and establish financial routines.
• Develop, manage, and sustain complex financial models.
• Identify key performance indicators and leading metrics.
• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams, including Data Science, to create reporting dashboards, forecasts, and performance tracking systems.
• A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline.
• Strong skills in financial modeling and quantitative analysis.
• Proven experience in technology, software, or high-growth companies.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and project management abilities.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis within a fast-paced setting (preferred).
• Familiarity with goal-setting frameworks such as OKRs or Balanced Scorecard methodologies (preferred).
• Understanding of resource planning and time-tracking methodologies (preferred).
• Experience with AI tools and contemporary financial automation platforms (preferred).
