Senior Finance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with commercial teams to support order bookings.

• Ensure that all incoming orders meet company criteria and compliance standards before they are processed.

• Work alongside operational teams to guarantee that projects are properly set up within the ERP system.

• Oversee the invoicing and collections processes to sustain a healthy cash flow.

• Manage project profitability by ensuring that “As-Executed” margins are accurately reported.

• Conduct weekly project margin reviews with operational leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• Extensive experience with ERP systems and project-oriented financial frameworks.

• Demonstrated capability to connect finance with operations effectively.

• Outstanding communication skills, with the capacity to clarify financial variances to non-financial stakeholders.

• Experience in overseeing accounts receivable and billing processes within a complex project setting.

• Proficient in English.
