📋 Description

• Lead strategic planning initiatives and offer expert guidance to align projects with organizational objectives

• Conduct research and analysis to assess market opportunities and support strategic decision-making

• Convert strategic priorities into actionable plans and oversee their execution to meet milestones and deliverables

• Track progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures to ensure projects remain on schedule

• Prepare and present insights and recommendations to senior leadership

• Stay informed about industry trends and competitive dynamics to guide strategic direction

• Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment and foster synergies across the organization

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in strategic planning, corporate strategy, or management consulting

• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and influence decisions within a matrixed organization

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with expertise in quantitative analysis and modeling

• Outstanding communication skills with executive presence in both written and verbal communication

• Ability to foresee trends and integrate them into both short- and long-term planning

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field; MBA or an advanced degree is preferred
