📋 Description

• Serve as the primary project manager for the organization regarding new business opportunities, facilitating connections between Brokers, BDEs, Implementation, AM, Legal, Pricing and Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Product Team, SLT, and ELT to support the closure of new deals.

• Oversee the entire life cycle of Financial Analyses, RFPs, Comp Analyses, Patient Assistance Programs (PAP) Reports, and other presentation materials for various BD partners and Brokers, adapting to numerous changing variables, reporting requirements, communication preferences, and marketing agreements.

• Direct multiple small teams consisting of RxBenefits BDEs and Financial Analysts to manage each new opportunity project from inception to closure, utilizing advanced soft skills, a proactive approach, and ensuring impactful communication of results externally.

• Assess different datasets from a variety of medical vendors and PBMs to confirm they align with the specifications for our comprehensive financial and clinical modeling.

• Collaborate with small teams to guarantee the timely delivery of precise, group-specific Financial Analyses, PAP Reports, Clinical FAES, and other reporting/documentation.

• Act as the subject matter expert (SME) on the repricing process, its outcomes, and relevance to our modeling, encompassing discount guarantees, discount schedules, channel management, B/G classifications, specialty designations, rebate eligibility, utilization trends, Utilization Management (UM) implications, Manufacturer Copay Assistance Programs (MCAP), PAP, and clinical appropriateness in alignment with RxBenefits and PBM partner products.

• Serve as the SME on the formulary disruption process, outcomes, and relevance to our modeling, including incumbent designations, network disruptions, RxBenefits designations, formulary exclusion impacts, member impacts, and formulary alternatives in relation to new prospect benefit plan designs.

• Be the SME on numerous RxBenefits pricing models and their relevance based on pricing schemes, formulary options, retail networks, maintenance program selections, specialty networks, fees, plan tier structures, prospective member sizes, marketing agreements, broker commissions, and drug utilization.

• Act as the SME on various medical vendor/PBM contracts, including utilization rules, B/G classifications, discount applicability, rebate/fee credit applicability, contract term penalties, discount/rebate exclusions, UM terms, MCAP products, PAP, third-party specialty arrangements, and their relevance to our modeling.

• Utilize insights gained from repricing, formulary disruption, contract language, group size, claim utilization, clinical trends, and appropriate pricing schemes to produce a tailored RxBenefits Financial Analysis for every new opportunity prospect.

• Adapt to the continual changes in RxBenefits PBM drug lists and their implications on formulary tier alterations, specialty designations, LDD designations, UM components, clinical outcomes, and MCAP outcomes, relating these to specific financial, clinical, and member impacts for new opportunities.

• Maintain essential resources to apply pricing, commission structures, and accurately branded reporting for numerous broker partners, offering customized service from RxBenefits.

• Generate ad hoc reports for BD, Brokers, and various RxBenefits team members utilizing advanced Microsoft Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.) to address a wide array of inquiries regarding repricing, disruption, and member impacts for new opportunities with varying degrees of urgency to close business.

• Become the SME on new RxBenefits Product offerings at a detailed level to convey the impacts on new prospect opportunities to BD teammates and Broker clients.

• Assist in preparing BDEs for finalist presentations and collaborate with marketing on presentation materials.

• Develop comfort and readiness to present Financial Analyses and associated GTM documents confidently, ensuring a delivery that instills confidence around pricing, UM caveats, Clinical Products, and formulary disruption down to individual claim details.

• Manage the new opportunity SalesForce (SFDC) life cycle from the analysis phase through the coordinated transition of closed won groups, including broker accounts, employer accounts, group plans, SOLD forms, required attachments, and all necessary fields to facilitate a smooth transition for the group as a new employer client.

• Expertly utilize SFDC reporting and dashboards to navigate new opportunities through the sales pipeline, providing ad hoc connectivity information for BD and brokers, ensuring the new prospect opportunity URL contains all group information as the central repository for multiple RxBenefits departments.

• Collaborate with the BD team to update SFDC and key activity metrics for their assigned territories.

• Responsible for transitioning closed won groups into a client record for Account Management (AM) and Implementation, including the initial information gathering for the Implementation team; these responsibilities may extend further into the implementation process.

• Assist in preparing BDEs for each finalist meeting and collaborate with marketing on presentations when appropriate.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience utilizing Excel for data analytics (vlookups, pivot tables, file merging, etc.)

• At least 2 years of experience in financial modeling

• Required experience in pharmacy industry analytics

• A four-year college degree from an accredited institution

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills are essential

• Strong analytical and organizational abilities required

• Experience with SFDC or other CRM systems is necessary.
