• Supervise the strategic planning, execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and performance of partnership initiatives and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, clinical, and finance teams to implement effective partnership programs.
• Ensure that all GTM materials related to partnerships maintain brand consistency in terms of content and messaging.
• Evaluate and analyze the performance of partnership campaigns to assess effectiveness and enhance programs.
• Oversee program budgets, create performance reports, and provide actionable insights.
• Work together with partnership stakeholders to pinpoint opportunities for expanded activations.
• A minimum of 7+ years of experience in partnerships, retail, brand marketing, or partner marketing.
• Proven experience in leading full-funnel marketing initiatives from initial concept through to execution.
• Experience in managing multiple complex co-marketing programs with various stakeholders simultaneously.
• A demonstrated history of success in partner marketing, channel marketing, or strategic partnership activation.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.
• As this position is a contract engagement, it does not qualify for company-sponsored benefits.
