This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Generate opportunities by establishing new relationships.
• Design, negotiate, and finalize intricate deal structures.
• Cultivate expertise in our products, target markets, and the influence of technology on our partners.
• Recognize, engage, and nurture relationships with key industry stakeholders such as AI Builders, Data Vendors, Compute Networks, Agentic Frameworks, Coding Platforms, and Web3 ecosystems to build and manage a strong pipeline of enticing partnership opportunities.
• Operate within a framework to pinpoint essential external data points that assist our leadership team in formulating a unified strategy across Partnerships, Product, and Marketing.
• Spearhead complex negotiations and contract discussions with prospective partners, ensuring that terms are beneficial for both parties and align with strategic objectives. Expertly draft and finalize partnership agreements, carefully considering vital terms and conditions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams; taking ownership of the process from contract signing through to integration and beyond.
• 8-10 years of experience in Partnerships or Business Development within Data Infrastructure, Artificial Intelligence, or Information Technology.
• Familiarity with Web3 business models and a keen interest in exploring the convergence of Artificial Intelligence and Blockchains.
• Technical Curiosity: While not a data architect, you possess the ability to comprehend complex technical models, architectures, and agentic workflows.
• Creative Deal Maker: You have a demonstrated history of building business relationships that are not bound by templates.
• Passionate about decentralizing data infrastructure and its impact on the digital experience for all.
• Maintain high ethical standards.
• Value direct communication.
• Adaptable and able to pivot quickly; with the ever-evolving nature of crypto, your priorities shift as well. What you focused on last month may differ from your current tasks, and this dynamic environment excites you. You’re not seeking a typical 9-5 job.
• Willingness to travel 20% or more of the time, frequently internationally.
