
Strategic Partnership Development Representative – CoreTrust

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Build and nurture client relationships through business development efforts, networking, and client engagement activities.
• Become well-versed in Redwood's offerings related to transportation, managed logistics, supply chain, and 4PL solutions.
• Perform regular outreach, training sessions, business reviews, and strategic planning meetings with CoreTrust Account Executives.
• Identify, prioritize, and develop target member accounts that align with Redwood's ideal customer profile.
• Develop and implement joint account plans to facilitate qualified member introductions.
• Enable introductions between CoreTrust members and Redwood's sales team.
• Gather shipment data and operational insights for logistics evaluations and market analyses.
• Monitor relationship activities, introductions, data requests, assessments, opportunities, and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Channel Leadership to create educational content, member success stories, webinars, and enablement tools.
• Assess partnership performance and propose strategies to enhance referral activity and member engagement.
• Achieve or surpass targets for Account Executive engagement, member introductions, qualified opportunities, logistics evaluations, and partnership revenue.
• Generate regular reports on partnership activities, pipeline development, and key performance indicators.
• Undertake additional related responsibilities as needed.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, channel management, strategic partnerships, account management, or consultative sales.
• Required experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, procurement, or managed services.
• Preferred experience working with strategic partners, GPOs, associations, or enterprise account teams.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and establish credibility across various organizations.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple relationships and initiatives concurrently.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to spot opportunities and convert data into actionable business strategies.
• Self-driven with a proactive approach to creating new opportunities and enhancing partner engagement.
• Proficient in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% to attend CoreTrust meetings, member visits, and industry events.
