• Enhance and expand relationships with existing partners focused on customer experience within a designated territory.
• Identify, onboard, and activate new strategic partners that align with Nextiva’s market strategy.
• Develop collaborative business strategies with partners that define revenue goals, enablement efforts, and growth plans.
• Foster partner engagement through consistent meetings, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), enablement sessions, and joint account strategies.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Channel Operations, Solutions Consulting, and leadership teams to boost pipeline and bookings.
• Ensure precise forecasting and visibility of the pipeline using Salesforce and internal reporting tools.
• Evaluate partner performance by utilizing dashboards, reporting, and business intelligence tools like Power BI.
• Represent Nextiva at partner events, customer interactions, and industry gatherings.
• Act as a trusted advisor to partners while advocating for their success within the organization.
• Over 5 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or strategic alliances within the areas of UCaaS, CCaaS, CX, contact centers, or AI-driven communications technology.
• Demonstrated success in managing and expanding strategic partner relationships.
• In-depth understanding of the technology advisor/TSD ecosystem.
• Established relationships with important channel organizations and partners within the UCaaS/CCaaS sector.
• Experience collaborating across functions with sales, marketing, operations, and enablement teams.
• Strong skills in forecasting, pipeline management, and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and business reporting tools.
• Proficiency in using AI-enhanced productivity tools like Microsoft Copilot or comparable technologies to enhance communication efficiency and workflow management.
• Capability to comprehend and convey how AI and automation can enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and partner results.
• An inquisitive mindset and openness towards emerging AI workflows, automation, and analytics capabilities.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
