
Strategic Partner Executive – Mission Critical

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia, +1 more state.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities within data center owners, land developers, and hyperscale accounts in your designated market.
• Build and prioritize a pipeline utilizing Meade's complete service platform based on probability, alignment, and strategic significance.
• Ensure accurate pipeline activity and forecasting in the CRM, working with qualified leads sourced through marketing and BDR efforts.
• Cultivate relationships with key ICPs such as the VP of Design Engineering, VP of Construction, Director of Critical Facilities, and procurement leads at target accounts.
• Maintain ongoing engagement with current Meade clients to protect and expand wallet share.
• Represent Meade at industry events and trade organizations pertinent to the mission-critical market.
• Lead qualification and go/no-go decisions in collaboration with Meade leadership.
• Drive pursuit strategy, including positioning, messaging, resource decisions, and competitive differentiation, leading up to proposal submission and contract execution. Negotiate fee structures, scope, and contract terms.
• Collaborate with engineering, commissioning, and power practice leads to develop client-specific value propositions and technical narratives.
• Provide market intelligence on client priorities and competitive dynamics back to the firm.
• Engage in account planning and monthly key account reviews with the Executive Leadership Team.
• Over 8 years of business development or sales experience in AEC, engineering services, or mission-critical infrastructure.
• Proven track record of closing six- and seven-figure professional services contracts with data center owners, hyperscalers, or colocation operators.
• Established relationships at the VP level or higher with ICPs in the data center development or operations ecosystem.
• Comprehensive understanding of the mission-critical project lifecycle from land acquisition through design, construction, and commissioning.
• Ability to credibly represent technical services across MEP design, commissioning, power, and fire protection without being a licensed engineer.
• Self-motivated, high-output operator capable of managing their own time, territory, and pipeline independently.
