This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulates and implements territory-specific go-to-market strategies in collaboration with NASCO sales teams and partners.
• Initiates co-selling initiatives with technology, product, system integrator, and consulting partners to provide exceptional customer value.
• Coordinates internal sales, marketing, and product teams to support collaborative sales efforts and solution creation.
• Acts as the main advocate for partners within NASCO, ensuring their visibility and alignment across various teams.
• Promotes partner capabilities to guarantee their inclusion in territory planning and sales strategies.
• Accurately forecasts partner-influenced revenue and pipeline utilizing Salesforce and other tools.
• Monitors and reports key performance indicators, including sourced annual recurring revenue (ARR), deal registration, certifications, and marketing impact.
• Oversees partner onboarding, training, and continuous relationship management.
• Collaborates with Product and Engineering teams to co-create integrated solutions with partners.
• Works alongside Marketing to implement joint campaigns and events that enhance partner value.
• Drives originated and collaborative deals with designated partners to achieve or surpass sales quotas.
• Develops and sustains robust relationships throughout NASCO’s Strategic and Commercial sales teams.
• Over 5 years of experience in partner management, alliances, or business development within SaaS, healthcare technology, or enterprise software.
• Demonstrated success in managing partner relationships, including the execution of joint go-to-market strategies.
• Strong comprehension of co-selling models and partner business dynamics.
• Exceptional relationship-building and influencing abilities with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and data-driven pipeline management.
• Strategic thinker capable of executing tactically in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Master’s degree (MBA or in a technical field) is preferred but not mandatory.
