This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver strategic partnership to the executive and senior leadership teams.
• Provide consultation on comprehensive business strategies to enhance and prioritize talent-driven initiatives.
• Offer evidence-based consulting on strategic talent initiatives.
• Foster strong relationships among HR and business leadership.
• Lead change management efforts related to organizational transformation and its talent implications.
• 7–10 years of experience in HR, organizational effectiveness, strategic consulting, or similar fields.
• Proven track record of advising and collaborating with senior leaders on complex HR programs and initiatives.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing talent strategies that align with business priorities.
• Established ability to operate independently in a consultative, executive-facing environment.
• Proven capability to influence, challenge perspectives, and build credibility with HR and business leadership.
• Comprehensive technology setup, including a laptop, monitors, headset, keyboard, and mouse.
• Monthly connectivity reimbursement to assist with internet expenses.
• A dedicated, private workspace free from distractions is essential.
• Reliable internet is required, with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload.
