📋 Description

• Lead the growth of the Integrated Planning and Strategy practice, enhancing best-in-class processes across both B2B and B2C sectors.

• Direct comprehensive, data-driven media strategies for both nationally and internationally recognized brands, ensuring that every plan resonates with "hearts and minds."

• Collaborate with Business Development to drive new business pitches and uncover proactive growth opportunities within the existing client portfolio.

• Navigate and lead in complex, multi-agency (IAT) settings, ensuring DEPT®'s strategic vision is seamlessly integrated across all partner workstreams.

• Advocate for the use of advanced media research tools and data science to foster innovation in audience profiling and channel mix strategy.

• Supervise the quality and consistency of strategic output across various account teams, maintaining a high standard for creativity and rigor.

• Mentor and lead a team of Associate Directors and Managers, cultivating a culture of "relentless curiosity" and collaborative high performance.


⛳️ Requirements

• 8-11 years of experience in omni-channel media strategy and planning, including at least 4 years specifically focused on Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC).

• A demonstrated history of securing new business and successfully retaining and expanding high-value client relationships.

• Expertise in employing a diverse range of research and measurement tools (ComScore, MRI, GWI, Kantar, Pathmatics, etc.) to inform strategy.

• Experience working within or leading Integrated Agency Teams (IAT) for large-scale, global accounts.

• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire followership and manage expectations of senior-level clients.

• In-depth understanding of how media intersects with Content, Commerce, and Technology to create cohesive digital experiences.

• Strong financial acumen and experience in managing large-scale media budgets and agency resource allocation.
