This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Assists in strategic initiatives for the Clinical Transformation team, encompassing hypothesis formulation, research, insight development, and business recommendations.
• Aids in fostering consensus for best practices among various stakeholders.
• Contributes to the development, piloting, implementation, and evaluation of clinical programs by independently managing work streams.
• Collaborates with various teams throughout the organization to facilitate the rollout of new clinical programs.
• Presents findings in a comprehensive narrative, including summarizing insights derived from analysis.
• Simplifies intricate business challenges into cohesive and impactful narratives.
• Create, define, and automate both routine and ad hoc reporting and analyses related to the IKC model of care.
• Integrate diverse data sets, perform exploratory analysis, and generate actionable insights for clinical interventions.
• Work in partnership with data analysts, clinicians, and operators to uncover opportunities for value addition through advanced analytics.
• Improve data visualization capabilities to effectively communicate results from complex analyses.
• Establish milestones and adhere to strict project timelines.
• Develop metrics to monitor success and ensure deadlines are met.
• Raise any concerns regarding the execution of the project plan.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• 1-3 years of experience in management consulting, process engineering, investment banking, or a corporate strategy position is preferred.
• Proven experience and/or interest in healthcare delivery and patient experience.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills are preferred.
• Highly collaborative with the capability to influence change.
• Experience in value-based care, End-of-Life care, healthcare administration, or healthcare quality.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent executive communication skills.
• Proficient in PowerPoint.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity.
• Exceptional conceptual, analytical, and strategic abilities.
• Capable of effectively managing and advancing multiple projects across various teams.
• Strong business and financial acumen with a sense of responsibility towards shareholders.
