Strategic Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the National Program Director to ensure that CDLs surpass customer expectations by achieving successful deliverables.

• Gather, analyze, and interpret program data to uncover trends, patterns, and performance indicators.

• Create reports and presentations to effectively communicate findings and insights to key stakeholders.

• Provide data-driven recommendations for operational enhancements and strategic decision-making to improve program impact and effectiveness.

• Ensure smooth program/platform operations, enhance operational efficiencies, and guarantee that materials and activities align with client standards.

• Promote and cultivate cooperative behaviors with client cross-functional teams for seamless program operations, improved operational efficiencies, and metrics reporting.

• Serve as the business owner for the Working Practice Document, Governance, and Call Guides.

• Act as the business owner for Salesforce, CRM, and any other relevant business platforms.

• Spot opportunities to enhance efficiency within the CDL team.

• Establish standardized processes and best practices to ensure consistency and productivity.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in life sciences or biostatistics.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

• At least 2 years of leadership experience is required.

• Experience in pharma data analytics and reporting is preferred.

• Operations experience is preferred.
