This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the daily management of essential operational systems, including the Workday Projects Module, Adaptive Planning, and reporting tools like Power BI.

• Aid in system updates, testing, and release management for Workday, Adaptive, and associated tools.

• Diagnose system issues and escalate complex problems to functional leads or IT partners.

• Ensure data alignment and consistency across Workday, Adaptive, and reporting tools.

• Create, maintain, distribute, and update reports and dashboards across Adaptive, Workday, and BI tools.

• Facilitate recurring project, financial, and utilization reporting processes.

• Validate and conduct quality assurance on data across systems to ensure dependable reporting outputs.

• Enhance report usability and assist in transitioning to self-service reporting.

• Support project budgeting, forecasting, project activation, reporting, resource planning, and utilization tracking.

• Promote consistent and efficient process execution while contributing to SOP documentation.

• Act as the primary contact for user inquiries regarding systems, reports, and processes, including monitoring the Projects Inbox.

• Provide assistance to staff in utilizing systems and reports.

• Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and user guides.

• Assist functional leads in conducting training sessions and enhancing data literacy.

• Collaborate with Business Systems, FP&A, BI, and IT teams.

• Translate operational and reporting requirements into system specifications with the Workday/Adaptive architect.

• Identify and implement process enhancements and system improvements.

• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives led by Strategic Operations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, finance, systems administration, or data/reporting roles.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.

• Experience in building or maintaining reports.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of assisting non-technical users.

• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Workday, Adaptive Planning, or similar platforms is preferred.

• Experience with Workday Projects and/or Adaptive Planning is preferred.

• Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is preferred.

• Exceptional Excel and data analysis capabilities; SQL or scripting experience is a plus.

• Exposure to project management, financial planning, or resource planning processes is preferred.

• An interest in systems, process improvement, and operational strategy.

• Current and independent authorization to work in the U.S. without present or future sponsorship from RMI.
