This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Generating market demand to foster growth in accordance with strategic objectives, while contributing insights to the strategy.
• Achieving targets such as margins, cash flow, and Net Promoter Score through effective oversight and by specifying actions for improvement.
• Cultivating a customer-centric approach, enhancing awareness of market opportunities, and ensuring appropriate actions are taken.
• Establishing and nurturing relationships with customers to guarantee satisfaction and attract new clients to drive growth.
• Enhancing customers’ perception of a division that is easy to engage with and representing the customers' voice internally.
• Identifying prospects to boost marketing and sales within the domestic market, including product launches.
• Promoting sales efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring balanced growth across all product lines, groups, and business areas.
• Maintaining agreed service levels through efficient business and support functions in back-end sales, as well as shared platforms.
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related technical field (such as engineering or statistics).
• Over 8 years of experience in sales and/or marketing with relevant expertise in engineered products for professional applications.
• Strong understanding of marketing methods and strategies (including product literature, advertising, market research, and voice of customer) to stimulate demand in commercial and industrial sectors.
• Proven experience in creating, implementing, and evaluating digital marketing campaigns, including tracking and analytics.
• A solution-oriented mindset coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Candidates must already have authorization to work for ABB in the US.
