This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the strategic roadmap, data architecture, and analytical execution within the Marketing domain.
• Fully manage the Marketing data reporting layer, charting out and implementing a multi-quarter technical roadmap that aligns seamlessly with Alma's growth OKRs.
• Design and enhance core Marketing data models using dbt, advancing the organization towards a comprehensive, integrated 'source of truth'.
• Equip Marketing stakeholders with automated, high-fidelity pacing models and diagnostic tools that minimize manual processes and expedite media-spend optimization.
• Serve as the primary technical bridge between Growth Marketing and Data Engineering, outlining the requirements for downstream identity resolution and MarTech API integrations.
• Create, develop, and sustain enterprise-grade data models in dbt and interactive dashboards utilizing BI tools (Lightdash).
• Act as a technical mentor for fellow analysts across the data organization.
• Conduct in-depth analyses on multi-touch attribution (MTA), marketing mix modeling (MMM), client lifetime value (LTV), and incrementality testing.
• 4–7 years of experience in strategic data analytics, business intelligence, or analytics engineering, demonstrating a proven history of supporting high-growth Growth or Performance Marketing teams.
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL along with advanced, hands-on experience in structuring core warehouse schemas using dbt.
• Extensive understanding of the intricacies of digital marketing data ecosystems (e.g., ad platforms, event tracking, lifecycle platforms).
• Capability to deconstruct highly complex technical or analytical concepts into structured frameworks and actionable insights suitable for executive and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactively utilize and implement AI-powered tools in daily workflows to enhance technical efficiency and automate repetitive tasks.
