This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Report directly to the Director of Growth and take charge of the field marketing strategy.
• Plan and implement all Ottimate events.
• Develop, plan, and execute marketing events throughout North America.
• Design scalable event programs led by sales and partners.
• Manage internal company events, including a significant supporting role in Otticon.
• Collaborate with design and product marketing teams to craft engaging event themes.
• Oversee the event's visual identity and associated materials.
• Handle end-to-end logistics and resolve issues in real-time.
• Source and manage key event vendors while building strong relationships.
• Evaluate event performance and assess ROI.
• Generate pre-event prospecting lists for on-site meetings with the sales team.
• 5-8 years of experience in field or event marketing, preferably within a SaaS company.
• Outstanding communication skills, including proficiency in English-language writing and speaking.
• Strong capabilities in vendor and logistical management, multitasking, and swift problem resolution.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and innovative environment—occasional travel may be necessary.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple events concurrently.
• Proficient in Salesforce and Marketo; digital marketing experience is a plus.
