• Oversee a portfolio of current partners, with an emphasis on retention and maximizing revenue.
• Actively seek out opportunities to enhance processing volumes.
• Transition from transactional discussions to establishing a trusted advisory role.
• Track KPIs and address any performance issues that arise.
• Work in close collaboration with Integration, Support, Legal & Finance, and Product teams.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Customer Success, particularly in FinTech or Payments.
• Proficient in both Russian and English (B2+/C1).
• Adept at negotiating commercial agreements.
• Strong analytical skills for assessing transaction data.
• High emotional intelligence coupled with excellent organizational abilities.
