This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Establish new strategic accounts
• Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients throughout Europe
• Build and oversee a pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Navigate complex sales cycles involving various stakeholders (including technical experts and decision-makers)
• Develop and nurture existing client accounts
• Broaden current partnerships across multiple locations and countries
• Execute account development strategies
• Enhance contract value through upselling and cross-selling
• Foster relationships with senior decision-makers (executive management and technical leaders)
• Position Chem-Aqua as a strategic collaborator
• Conduct performance evaluations and support long-term planning
• Ensure alignment among commercial, technical, and local teams
• Guarantee the successful implementation of agreements at the European level
• 5 to 15+ years of experience in technical B2B or solution sales
• Experience in complex environments, ideally including data centers and critical infrastructure
• Background in the industry, water treatment, or technical services
• Proven track record in managing strategic or multi-country accounts
• Strong business development capabilities (prospecting and closing)
• Excellent interpersonal skills when engaging with senior stakeholders
• Solid understanding of financial and contractual matters
• Ability to function effectively in complex, matrixed environments
• Fluency in French
• Proficient in professional/business-level English required for an international setting
