Strategic Innovations Director

📋 Description

• Formulate and propel the strategic innovation agenda for Siemens Healthineers Diagnostics, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and long-term growth goals.

• Create well-informed perspectives regarding market dynamics, emerging technologies, innovation trends, and competitive landscapes.

• Guide and influence cross-functional teams to assess opportunities and develop distinctive go-to-market strategies.

• Identify emerging clinical and technical innovation areas linked to unmet needs and potential future growth.

• Assist in technology and biomarker scouting, literature evaluations, and IP assessments to inform portfolio and investment decisions.

• Establish and maintain portfolio analytics, KPIs, and performance insights to support data-driven strategies.

• Present clear, concise, and executive-ready recommendations to senior leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred.

• Over 10 years of experience within the healthcare industry.

• More than 5 years in strategy, business development, management consulting, or venture-related environments.

• A strong comprehension of the diagnostics and the wider healthcare ecosystem.

• Proven success in leading enterprise-level strategic initiatives that yield measurable business impact.

• Established ability to influence multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders.

• Strong business acumen, analytical rigor, and executive presence.
