Strategic Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +9 more states.

📋 Description

• Be at the forefront, ensuring our clients enhance the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations using our IoT platform.

• Oversee the implementation of Samsara technology for large-scale clients.

• Develop launch strategies and a roadmap to boost product utilization.

• Monitor implementation progress, engagement levels, product adoption, and account health.

• Conduct training sessions, showcase Samsara’s technology, and address challenges with executives and everyday users across various use cases.

• Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously and collaborate cross-functionally to provide an outstanding experience for our clients.

• Act as a mentor for the broader Customer Success and Support teams.

• Have a profound understanding of the capabilities of the Samsara platform and effectively communicate them to a diverse range of customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting position.

• Prior experience in enterprise SaaS is preferred.

• Familiarity with supporting or working alongside technical products.

• Solutions-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional consultative skills with experience in comprehensive system implementations.

• Demonstrated history of building trust and communicating effectively with a diverse array of stakeholders.

• A strong desire to exceed expectations, take initiative, and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Possess diplomacy, tact, and composure when addressing customer issues under pressure.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution.
