This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the comprehensive implementation of StartupOS solutions for clients.
• Act as the main point of contact after the sale is completed.
• Assist clients throughout the onboarding process, implementation, and adoption phases.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and overall program execution.
• Convert customer workflows and challenges into customized AI-enabled solutions.
• Provide measurable value during the entire engagement lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with sales, product, and technical teams.
• Offer structured feedback to shape the product roadmap and implementation strategy.
• Contribute to the development of repeatable implementation frameworks and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for expansion based on customer results and changing needs.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting, implementation, strategy, operations, or customer transformation roles.
• Experience with a prestigious consulting firm or a similarly demanding environment (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte, Accenture, etc.).
• Familiarity with venture capital firms, family offices, financial services organizations, or executive-level stakeholders.
• Strong abilities in program management and client execution.
• Excellent communication skills, executive presence, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced and uncertain environments.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Comfort in engaging in both strategic and operational discussions.
• A high ownership mindset with a keen attention to detail.
• A curiosity and enthusiasm for AI-native business models and emerging technologies.
• Prior experience with AI is not necessary—adaptability, strategic thinking, and execution capabilities are the most valued attributes.
• Ideal Background includes management consulting, strategic operations, enterprise implementation or transformation work, customer success in complex SaaS or platform environments, venture ecosystem exposure, and workflow automation or operational optimization experience.
