Strategic Human Resource Management – Online Facilitation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Provide expert subject matter support to a cohort of 25-30 online undergraduate students.

• Assist in developing learning skills such as academic writing, research techniques, and time management.

• Facilitate one-on-one sessions to address doubts, offer academic advice, and review assessment drafts.

• Advise on relevant reference materials to enhance student learning.

• Evaluate assessments and provide comprehensive feedback in a long-form format.

• Oversee discussion forums to foster student engagement.

• Deliver proactive, timely, and personalized assistance in response to student inquiries and concerns.

⛳️ Requirements

• A postgraduate or doctoral degree with distinction or first-class honors from a prestigious university in India.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate settings and/or teaching in relevant disciplines at a recognized university or college.

• An empathetic, ambitious, and warm personality with a willingness to engage with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.

• Proficient in the English language.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

• Must have a functional laptop and reliable access to high-speed internet (greater than 10 MBPS).

• Capability to quickly learn and utilize technology platforms for student interaction, including the host university’s LMS and LINCtrac (training will be provided on these systems).
