This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develops and implements a strategic plan for regional health plans, including whitespace analysis, target identification, and prioritization of accounts.
• Formulates account plans featuring clear goals, relationship mapping, competitive positioning, and actionable strategies to facilitate new logo acquisition.
• Engages in multichannel outreach (executive networking, account-based marketing, events, social media, referrals) to build a sustainable, high-quality sales pipeline.
• Manages intricate sales cycles from beginning to end (discovery, business case development, solution alignment, value justification, RFP/procurement processes, negotiation, and closure).
• Provides precise forecasts while maintaining opportunity hygiene and conversion metrics.
• Conducts executive-level discovery to reveal priorities related to affordability, quality, and provider performance, aligning them with Evolve’s capabilities throughout the APM lifecycle.
• Creates and presents customized ROI/business cases that quantify operational and financial impact; coordinates demonstrations with solution consultants.
• Engages with multiple payer buyer personas (e.g., Finance/CFO, Payment Innovation/APM leaders, Provider Contracting, Clinical/Quality, Operations/Shared Services, IT).
• Establishes credibility as a trusted advisor through market insights, thought leadership, and consistent follow-through.
• Collaborates with marketing, product, solution consulting, business value, and executive leadership to progress deals and refine messaging.
• Offers structured market feedback to product and leadership regarding competitive dynamics and customer requirements.
• Extensive understanding of US payer operations, value-based care, APMs, and reimbursement models; capable of engaging with executives on affordability and performance matters.
• Proficient in consultative and solution selling within complex, multi-stakeholder payer environments.
• Expertise in territory and account planning, along with discipline in pipeline creation and conversion.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills suitable for executive-level interactions (C-suite ready).
• Data-driven sales methodology; skilled in crafting and defending ROI and business cases.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement platforms, as well as AI-assisted prospecting and workflow tools.
• High levels of resilience, adaptability, and ownership in a competitive, rapidly changing market.
• Strong collaboration skills to effectively utilize internal teams (product, solution consulting, value, account-based marketing, executives).
• A minimum of 10 years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience, with a focus on hunting and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Documented success in closing new logos with US health plans/payers through complex sales cycles (often spanning multiple months and departments).
• Proven experience selling platforms associated with analytics, reimbursement/value-based care, payment integrity, or operational transformation.
• Familiarity with RFP/procurement processes, legal/contract negotiations, and multi-year subscription agreements.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• An MBA or relevant graduate coursework is considered a plus.
