This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Develop, enhance, and broaden strategic partnerships within health systems to drive regional growth, bolster local market presence, and extend Ladder Health's national reach.
• Establish repeatable commercial frameworks, fortify enterprise partnerships, and propel cross-functional execution that facilitates scalable organizational development.
• Assist in transitioning Ladder Health from founder-led enterprise sales to a systematic, scalable commercial entity capable of supporting national expansion.
• Manage the operational execution of the enterprise pipeline, ensuring that opportunities progress with both urgency and discipline.
• Equip the CEO and executive team for strategic meetings, proposals, negotiations, and partnership dialogues.
• Create scalable commercial playbooks, frameworks for meeting preparation, and follow-up systems to institutionalize founder-led growth.
• Collaborate closely with regional Ladder Liaisons to pinpoint enterprise opportunities within current markets and synchronize regional growth initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted extension of the CEO on key growth initiatives, assisting in translating strategy into coordinated execution throughout the organization.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams that encompass Growth, Clinical, Operations, Product, Marketing, and Revenue Cycle.
• Represent the interests of current and prospective partners in internal planning and product discussions.
• Establish repeatable systems, processes, and operating rhythms that enhance Ladder Health's long-term commercial organization.
• Over 5 years of experience in business development, enterprise partnerships, strategic operations, commercialization, growth strategy, or Chief of Staff roles supporting healthcare organizations, digital health firms, or health systems.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate the clinical, administrative, and economic complexities of hospital environments, along with identifying clinical champions.
• Comprehensive understanding of health system operations, patient routing, care coordination, and ambulatory referral frameworks (e.g., EMR/Epic interfaces).
• Proficient in engaging with physicians, health system executives, board members, investors, and senior internal leaders with professionalism, credibility, and sound judgment.
• Outstanding communication, writing, and presentation skills. An organized self-starter capable of managing high-volume follow-up with unwavering professional persistence.
• Flourishes in early-stage environments, enjoys establishing structure where it is lacking, and takes ownership in creating scalable systems rather than merely functioning within existing ones.
• Experience in early-stage healthtech environments, venture-backed companies, health system innovation programs, or healthcare consulting is highly valued.
• Willingness to travel as required.
