• Understanding client needs: Comprehending your contacts' requirements and challenges, asking pertinent questions, and listening attentively to determine how to provide the highest value to them.
• Account Management: Acting as the principal account manager for key clients, ensuring client satisfaction and pursuing upselling opportunities.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B payments, with a solid understanding of lodge cards, corporate client needs, and B2B accounting systems.
• You possess an entrepreneurial mindset: you will develop our go-to-market strategy for the lodge product and convey local requirements to the appropriate departments.
• You excel in customer interactions; you are personable and know how to connect with your contacts.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and agile environment.
• Proficient in both written and spoken Italian and English.
