This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
β’ Market expansion: Leading further growth in the Italian market by focusing on B2B corporate and mid-sized company segments through the lodge card product and upselling opportunities.
β’ Strengthening partnerships: Serving as the primary liaison for TMC partners, gaining access to and cultivating relationships within their corporate client portfolios.
β’ Customer advocacy: Taking initiative and effectively communicating to engage potential customers and establish a robust customer pipeline.
β’ Understanding client needs: Comprehending your contacts' requirements and challenges, asking pertinent questions, and listening attentively to determine how to provide the highest value to them.
β’ Account Management: Acting as the principal account manager for key clients, ensuring client satisfaction and pursuing upselling opportunities.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in B2B payments, with a solid understanding of lodge cards, corporate client needs, and B2B accounting systems.
β’ You possess an entrepreneurial mindset: you will develop our go-to-market strategy for the lodge product and convey local requirements to the appropriate departments.
β’ You excel in customer interactions; you are personable and know how to connect with your contacts.
β’ Comfortable working in a fast-paced and agile environment.
β’ Proficient in both written and spoken Italian and English.
