This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Talent Acquisition: Leverage targeted platforms (online channels, industry networks, real estate associations, etc.) to proactively source and engage both seasoned and aspiring real estate agents.
• Candidate Evaluation: Assess resumes, portfolios, and applications to gauge candidates' qualifications, past performance, and fit for our team.
• Interviewing and Evaluation: Perform thorough interviews, either via video conferencing or face-to-face, to evaluate candidates' competencies, market insights, sales skills, and cultural alignment with our organization.
• Relationship Development: Build and sustain strong connections with real estate professionals to comprehend their career aspirations, market expertise, and potential compatibility with our team.
• Collaboration with Sales Leadership: Partner closely with sales managers to grasp team requirements, formulate effective recruitment strategies, and set clear expectations for real estate agents.
• Market Awareness: Remain informed about current trends in the real estate market, property developments, and shifts within the industry.
• Networking and Engagement: Participate in industry networking events, career fairs, and community activities to forge connections with potential real estate agents and enhance our company's reputation as an employer of choice.
• Employer Value Proposition: Clearly communicate our company's value proposition, culture, and growth prospects to attract and retain top real estate talent.
• Onboarding and Development: Oversee the onboarding process for new real estate agents, ensuring they receive the necessary resources, training, and support for success in their roles.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all pertinent real estate regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies throughout the recruitment and onboarding phases.
• A bachelor's degree in business administration, Real Estate, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Demonstrated experience as a Real Estate Agent Recruiter, with a focus on sourcing and selecting professionals while consistently meeting or exceeding goals.
• In-depth understanding of the real estate market, including key neighborhoods, property types, and market dynamics.
• Strong grasp of real estate agent qualifications, licensing prerequisites, and industry-specific competencies.
• Excellent networking abilities and a proven capacity to cultivate and maintain relationships with real estate agents and industry stakeholders.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with candidates across all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
• Proven capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• A positive attitude, adaptability, and resilience in a competitive, fast-paced setting.
• Must reside in Florida.
