This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain forecasting models encompassing revenue, margin, and cash flow.

• Evaluate business performance and pinpoint significant trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Assist in budgeting and long-term planning efforts.

• Create operational and financial dashboards.

• Collaborate with leaders to grasp the factors influencing:

• revenue

• margin

• churn

• implementation performance

• customer profitability

• Perform scenario analysis and investment modeling.

• Aid in pricing, resource allocation, and cost optimization initiatives.

• Evaluate AI and automation opportunities from a financial ROI standpoint.

• Support acquisition analysis and integration planning as required.

• Compile succinct executive-level analyses and recommendations.

• Convert financial insights into actionable operational steps.

• Enhance visibility and accountability throughout teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in:

• FP&A

• Strategic finance

• Consulting

• Accounting/financial background

• Proficient financial modeling and analytical abilities.

• Exceptional Excel skills.

• Strong business insight and a keen sense of curiosity.

• Ability to thrive in ambiguous and rapidly evolving environments.

• Excellent communication skills with the capability to influence non-financial stakeholders.
