This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop the data infrastructure that all companies rely on.

• Integrate data expertise with financial and accounting knowledge to streamline workflows such as revenue recognition, cohort analysis, and reconciliations.

• Design automated financial alerts that identify issues early and report them automatically.

• Evolve into communicating the solutions you create.

• Manage the complete financial landscape across various businesses.

• Demonstrate genuine skill in addressing financial inquiries rather than merely escalating them.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related analytical role in finance.

• Utilize SQL to resolve financial inquiries, not just to retrieve data.

• Constructed solutions from disorganized, real-world financial data.

• Comprehend revenue recognition for at least one business model.

• Distinguish between a technically accurate output and one that is financially correct.

• Developed a cohort model from raw data.

• Experience in a multi-entity environment.

• Familiarity with Aleph, Looker, Metabase, or a similar FP&A or BI platform at the development level.

• Sufficient accounting knowledge to identify a misclassified transaction and understand the appropriate treatment.
