⛳️ Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in FP&A, startup finance, or multi-company environments.

• Experience advising founders or operators directly.

• Driver-based modeling should be your standard practice.

• Ability to maintain financial context across multiple companies at once.

• Quick learner, capable of creating systems rather than merely performing tasks.

• Experience working with a portfolio, PE-backed roll-up, or multi-entity setup.

• Established financial reporting infrastructure from the ground up, not just inherited.

• Adequate accounting knowledge to perform quality assurance on a close without executing it yourself.

• Familiarity with contemporary FP&A platforms.
