This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the functions of supply chain and operations.
• Contribute to scaling our modeling capabilities and play a central role in strategic initiatives.
• Lead all modeling and data analysis efforts to facilitate decision-making concerning our capital expenditure.
• Enhance inventory modeling and forecasting by automating and refining existing models.
• Familiarize yourself with data sources and models.
• Conduct thorough data analysis.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of engineering, product, and hardware aspects.
• Acquire an in-depth understanding of our capital expenditure and the factors influencing it.
• Offer insights on potential areas for improvement regarding capital expenditure.
• Refine the accuracy of our accessory modeling and the data used for accessory ordering decisions.
• Take ownership of all capital expenditure and inventory modeling.
• Enhance the data utilized for making production decisions during the Demand Planning Meeting.
• Identify opportunities to achieve savings in our capital expenditure.
• 3-6 years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, Consulting, or a related business field.
• An expert in financial modeling and quantitative analysis, who finds joy in solving complex and unstructured challenges.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities.
• Solid project management skills with the capacity to independently manage tasks effectively and on schedule.
• Comfortable operating in a very fast-paced, high-growth business environment.
• Collaborate effectively and work cross-functionally with your business partners.
• High proficiency in Google Sheets, capable of compiling, transforming, analyzing, and presenting complex data sets.
• Proficiency in data tools (Sigma) and FP&A tools (Pigment).
• Knowledge of hardware products or experience with a hardware company is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
