• Oversee the development, enhancement, and ownership of essential SaaS metrics and KPIs, ensuring they remain relevant, accurate, and aligned with industry standards.
• Analyze and support critical SaaS financial metrics such as ARR, bookings, revenue, margins, renewals, customer lifetime value, and expense factors.
• Create and sustain advanced financial models utilizing Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, and other platforms, emphasizing automation and scalability.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver strategic insights, recommendations, and decision-making assistance through comprehensive financial and operational analysis.
• Act as a strategic advisor to GTM leadership, facilitating long-term and short-term planning across bookings, revenue, pipeline, and operating expenses by product, region, and business segment.
• Partner closely with the CRO and Sales Operations on sales capacity planning, quota establishment, compensation design, and commission analysis.
• Conduct staffing and productivity analyses, providing data-driven recommendations to executive leadership.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities that affect enterprise performance, enabling proactive decision-making.
• Spearhead the design and creation of executive-ready reporting, dashboards, and visual storytelling for monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reviews.
• Assist in consolidating budgets and forecasts in collaboration with FP&A team members, continually enhancing model and reporting accuracy.
• Lead initiatives in reporting, forecasting, and process enhancements, focusing on metric alignment, data integrity, and automation across systems.
• Prepare materials for Monthly Reporting Packages, Quarterly Business Reviews, and presentations for executive and Board meetings.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in FP&A or strategic finance; experience within PE-backed or public company environments is advantageous.
• More than 5 years of experience in technology or SaaS finance.
• Extensive expertise in SaaS GTM finance, encompassing revenue models, sales productivity, and pipeline dynamics.
• Exceptional financial modeling capabilities.
• Advanced skills in Excel and financial planning/budgeting tools.
• Experience with Salesforce is required.
• Strong capacity to influence, partner with, and effectively communicate with senior leaders.
