Strategic Finance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Conduct in-depth analyses of revenue and unit economics to uncover growth opportunities, assess risks, and design experiments that enhance accuracy and business results.

• Monitor essential KPIs, analyze their driving factors, and provide clear recommendations to leadership.

• Take charge of the monthly business reviews and quarterly business review materials for the business units you support, including actionable recommendations that translate results into decisions.

• Draft memos, create dashboards, and develop scenario models that aid in board and executive decision-making.

• Construct financial analysis and forecasting models that underpin partnership, acquisition, and growth strategies.

• Collaborate with stakeholders in Marketing and Sales to perform performance analyses.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in strategic finance/FP&A, investment banking, or management consulting within high-growth technology sectors.

• Comprehensive experience in FP&A at both corporate and business unit levels, encompassing annual planning, performance evaluation, and leveraging data for decision-making.

• Preferred experience in Software/SaaS and/or B2C, along with a solid understanding of forecasting and monitoring various types of revenue and costs.

• Capability to recommend, influence, develop, and execute programs that enhance competitive positioning and profitability.

• Strong business acumen and operational focus, with a proven history of collaborating closely with senior leadership.

• Self-motivated individual who can assume complete ownership of assigned responsibilities.
